Principal Responsibilities

Delivery and Execution
-
Liaison with development team for Change Requests and new requirements from internal stakeholders/business teams,
-
Responsible for getting sign off of milestones & deliverables from stakeholders/business teams.

Manage vendor and stakeholder relationship by addressing any implementation issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
-
Act as a point of contact with the Development Team & internal stakeholders to consistently meet deadlines.

Ensure timely completion of project activities

Provide Product Demonstration & User Training

Responsible for Troubleshooting of the application.

Responsible on application configuration.

Quality Assurance
-
Be responsible for the quality of development and execution, and timely delivery of projects
-
Preparing test scenarios, test cases and perform testing of system based on the requirements given by internal stakeholders/business teams.

Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures with stakeholders/business teams
-
Provide UAT support
-
To liaise with development team for UAT issues.

Documentation & Reporting
-
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and documenting the requirements
-
Obtaining signoff on the documented requirements, test scenarios and test cases.
-
Prepare status reports and briefings for the stakeholders/business teams and the development team
-
Provide the weekly status reporting to stakeholders/business teams and management.

Industry

Software Company / Banking and Financial Companies/ Banks preferably from Lending domain (Loan Processing / Loan Origination and CRM)

Previous Experience
-
Must have at least 2 or more years of experience on Requirements Gathering, Requirements Analysis, writing BRD’s, FS and Implementation. Also must have experience of stakeholder interaction.

Previous experience in Development/ Implementation of Lending / Banking software solution
